The Path

After receiving his degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, Andy Reith accepted a job at Toyota Motor North America in the Engineer in Training Program.  After completing an intense training curriculum that would prepare him to manage people and projects in Toyota's high-stakes, fast-paced environment, he spent more than a decade managing multi-million dollar projects across facilities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.  This diverse experience allows him to relate quickly to a variety of problems and develop rapid solutions in any operating environment.
