Check out what previous workshop attendees have to say...

Andy was a tremendous help in educating our staff on Lean Six Sigma principles. Being in a manufacturing industry, we realize how important it is to run a lean facility and Andy was key in helping our facility leaders look at our operation through a leaner lense. Andy’s hands on approach to training resonated with our staff, and they too have now begun educating their employees on the core principles of Lean.  Since Andy’s training we have deployed a number of projects that have ran smoothly because of our commitment to lean manufacturing. In addition to launching new initiatives, we have also done an analysis on current processes and have made some adjustments to those as well. Overall, I would recommend Andy to any company looking to refine their processes. Andy is an excellent process engineer and highly effective.

Will C., Chief of Staff for an Electronics Recycling Company

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the incredible workshop in which our company participated. The program took something complex, conveyed the concepts in plain, practical terms, and allowed us to begin implementing certain lean initiatives immediately. The workshop as well as your consulting guidance has begun to transition the culture of our company, giving our associates a renewed enthusiasm and absolute confidence that we are on the right trajectory.

Rarely do we see such a dramatic and quick return on investment, and from such an enjoyable experience!

Daniel F., President of an Aircraft Relay Manufacturing Company

Andy's training on Lean Manufacturing was a great learning opportunity. His knowledge and experience while employed with Toyota was displayed during the event. With limited knowledge of the principles of Lean Manufacturing, his presentation and various activities were great for understanding the principles. I would recommend the training to get a further understanding and an overview of what Lean Manufacturing could provide to your organization. As an instructor, I intend on bringing elements of the training to my high school program.
